All kinds of information obtained, collected or received for the provision of the professional services it offers and in general such information necessary to comply with the purpose of the relationship that originates or constitutes the cause of the personal information regarding the matters, businesses, trials and procedures in which FERNÁNDEZ PRADO & MARTÍNEZ SANTOS, S.C.represents the interests of each one of its clients.
The information obtained or collected by FERNÁNDEZ PRADO & MARTÍNEZ SANTOS, S.C.corresponds both to the attributes of the person as well as to those of a patrimonial nature and those related to the situation of kinship that are indispensable for the provision of the legal professional services regarding consulting or litigation and whose knowledge is necessary for the defense of the interests that the Firm represents before all kinds of judicial and administrative authorities.

FERNÁNDEZ PRADO & MARTÍNEZ SANTOS, S.C.does not request sensitive personal data; however, depending on the legal nature of the cases, it may be necessary to handle this type of data, as well as its exhibition, disclosure or delivery to the authorities that hear the legal proceedings in question, or in correspondence, agreements, contracts, communications or legal acts that are necessary to disclose for the defense or due representation of the interests of its clients, both before authorities and individuals.
FERNÁNDEZ PRADO & MARTÍNEZ SANTOS, S.C.does not request or subjects to treatment sensitive personal data regarding religious beliefs, political affiliation, sexual preference or philosophical and cultural preferences.

- Transfer to third parties and administrative or judicial authorities for the fulfillment of legal obligations or for the exercise of personal and patrimonial rights, their defense or solution through judicial or extrajudicial channels.
V.- PROCEDURE AND MECHANISM FOR THE HOLDER TO MANIFEST HIS/HER NEGATIVE, LIMITATION, ACCEPTANCE OR REVOCATION TO THE TREATMENT AND TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA.
The exercise of any right that the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data held by Individuals (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares), its Regulations and Guidelines grant to persons, may be exercised by both the holder and his/her legitimate representative through written request addressed and delivered directly to the offices of FERNÁNDEZ PRADO & MARTÍNEZ SANTOS, S.C., or by e-mail sent to the address fpyms@fpyms-abogados.com.mx , which shall include the following information:
1.- Name of the holder or legal representative accompanied by the document that justifies such representation and the powers conferred, as well as copy of the official identification of the applicant.
2.- Right to limit the use or disclosure of personal data that he/she is exercising, explaining concisely and clearly what he/she wants to modify, revoke, restrict, cancel or delimit.
3.- Origin, cause or existing relationship with FERNÁNDEZ PRADO & MARTÍNEZ SANTOS, S.C. that allows to identify the personal data regarding the rights that are exercised for its treatment, disclosure and use.
VI.- TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA.
